We offer a wide range of quality pet treats, including pig ears, beef jerky, chicken bites, and more, all sourced and made in Australia. Our treats are crafted to ensure your pets enjoy delicious and satisfying snacks.
2. Are your pet treats safe for all dogs?
Yes, our treats are made from natural, quality ingredients that are safe for all dogs. However, we recommend supervising your pet while they enjoy their treats and ensuring they are appropriate for your dog's size and dietary needs.
Always ensure your pets have access to drinking water at all time, and if you have any concern for your pets dietary needs please consult your veterinarian for advice before providing any treats.
3. What is your shipping policy?
We offer free postage Australia-wide on orders over $99. For orders less than $99, a flat rate of $10 applies. We normally use Aramex for shipping, so please ensure that your address does not include a PO Box. Orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days. 4. Can I return or exchange a product if Iām not satisfied?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or delayed shipping. However, if you receive a product of very poor quality or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us, and we will arrange a return or refund. 5. Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No, there is no minimum order requirement. You can order as many or as few items as you like. However, remember that free shipping is only available for orders of 2 or more items.

We aim to keep costs low, so we don't use fancy packaging. In most cases, we pack our products in sealed bags and ship them via parcel bags. However, if you order a larger quantity, we will find the most cost-effective shipping method, which may include using a box.
